You guessed it…in case it offends other faiths' was inaccurate in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Code of Practice.

Mr M J Bretherick of Welshpool complained to the Press Complaints Commission that an article headlined 'Indecent child images – cop charged' published in the County Times on 1 February 2007 intruded into his private life in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) and contained a photograph of him which had been obtained in breach of Clause 10 (Clandestine devices and subterfuge).
